A FAIRYTALE WEDDING
I can hardly contain my excitement when I receive images that actually capture the magic!!! Imagine overlooking the entire valley through a twinkle light 40x70 clear tent with the warm summer breeze blowing through the eucalyptus branches hanging overhead. This wedding was a fairytale, and as I heard one little girl proclaim, "Mom! She looks just like Cinderella!!!" And she did.
The venue was a gorgeous private residence complete with a patina door overhang, in the beautiful, tree-covered Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Using every square inch of space, the ceremony was set up in the front yard after guests were greeted with drinks and appetizers, cocktails served in the side yard, and dining on what did not look like a driveway! Not for one minute!!!
The details were divine and I was so lucky to work with a bride, her mother, and incredible coordinating team at Sage and Thistle Events, who wanted classy, stately, textural and a slight Italian countryside feel. Pulling in greys, slate blues, and the most gorgeous of textural greens, made for a calming yet impactful sight. Using potted herbs, cut flowers, succulent, air plants, and of course that last touch on each plate, it's to drool over! Check out all of the details and tell me they aren't gorgeous!!!
